With ultrasonic generator & horn vibration and knife enable slitting
Cutting & sealing in one time, no dissipated edge & shrinkage, the edge is soft and smooth
Opposite edge guiding system to get good slitting accuracy
Synchronized 3 shafts to rewind the finished labels, pneumatic core holding system
Automatic checking system, the machine will be automatically stopped when ultrasonic system has abnormal or slitting break, to avoid label faulty and waste.
Stepless speed adjusting with inverter motor.
